EMPOWER ME! project intends to address these NEEDS:

  • students with attention disorders manifest challenging behaviours such as severe aggressive, disruptive behaviour, impatient, impulsive, low tolerance of frustration, falling to finish assignments on time, blurting out answers to the teacher’s questions or interrupting the teacher or other students in the class. All these behaviours lead to school failure, a sense of insecurity, a tendency toward addictive behaviour, chronic problems with self-esteem, drop out;
  • teachers/trainers/educators who work with young people with attention disorders, do not have proper and effective methods to manage properly the classroom.
